Frequently asked
What we get asked most.
Clear answers to what we hear on calls with teams. If yours isn't here, write in — we'll add it.
Public courses
Depends on the course. Each course page declares the format: in-person (BA · CDMX · São Paulo), live online, hybrid or async. Most Intensives are in-person; Foundations and Sprints are live online.
Yes. All online and hybrid courses are recorded and available to the group for 6 months. In-person sessions aren't recorded — the room dynamic doesn't translate to video.
Foundations don't require anything. Intensives assume a senior or mid-level role in the function (3+ years). Advanced courses expect hands-on experience with the specific discipline.
Between 6 hours (one-day sprints) and 30 hours over time (4-week courses). Duration is on every course page.
Yes. At the end of each course you get a House of Commerce certificate with hours and topics covered. Valid as professional development with corporate HR teams.
Private courses
Minimum 12, ideal 16–22. Below 12 the group dynamic flattens; above 24 we lose depth. For smaller teams we suggest joining an existing public course.
Depends on the program, team size and duration. As a reference: a private course of 16 people × 2 days costs about the same as adding 16 people to a public course — but with custom curriculum.
The same speakers you see on the Speakers page. We pick based on your industry, the capability you're building and the challenges we surface in the diagnostic.
From first email to day 1: 6 weeks minimum. 2 for diagnostic, 3 for design, 1 for logistics. For urgent timing, let's talk — sometimes we can compress.
Yes. Every instructor signs an NDA before the course. You can discuss real pricing, margins, pipeline and sensitive data without leaking to the market.
Speakers and instructors
Senior practitioners running things today. Not academics. Every speaker is operating or consulting in a LATAM or global commerce business. If they're not in front of a real problem, they're not in front of the room.
For public courses, the speaker is assigned per course. For private courses, suggest names in the proposal — we'll match based on availability and fit with the challenge.
On the Speakers page, 'Join the team' section (at the bottom). We look for senior practitioners with real cases from the last year, not purely academic profiles.
Payments and billing
Yes. We issue local invoices with all required tax data. For foreign companies we also invoice in USD with services-export documentation.
Bank transfer, credit card (MercadoPago + Stripe), installments (3–6 payments depending on amount). For private courses we also accept purchase orders.
100% refund up to 7 days before start. 50% up to 48 hours before. No refund after the first session, but you can transfer your seat to another team member.
Yes. 3+ people from the same team in the same course: 10% off. 6+ people: 15%. For private courses (12+), pricing is already preferential.
Logistics
Buenos Aires (Palermo or Recoleta), Mexico City (Polanco), São Paulo (Pinheiros). For private courses we book the venue you prefer or recommend one.
For in-person, yes: lunch, two coffee breaks and water/coffee throughout. Tell us about dietary restrictions when you confirm.
The day before, you'll get an email with access to the course Notion space — materials, slides, exercises and group chat. Stays available for 6 months after.
Online live: it's recorded, watch later. In-person: tell us in advance, we send the session recap and resources. More than 2 absences affects certification.
