What matters in 30 seconds

The important parts in 30 seconds

  • Essentials: make the site work. Can't be disabled.
  • Analytics: help us understand what works. Anonymized.
  • Marketing: only if you enable newsletter or downloads. Minimum possible.
  • You can change your preference any time from the banner.
01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that your browser saves when you visit a site. They serve to remember preferences (language, session), measure aggregated usage and, in some cases, personalize content.

Some cookies are placed directly by our site (first-party). Others come from services we use to operate (third-party such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or Beehiiv).

02Categories we use

We group cookies into three categories. Only essentials load without your explicit consent; analytics and marketing require that you accept from the banner.

  • Essentials: make the site work. Without these, we couldn't remember your cookie consent or language preference. Can't be disabled.
  • Analytics: help us understand which pages perform and which courses generate interest. Anonymized whenever the provider allows.
  • Marketing: only load if you opt into the newsletter or request downloadable content. They keep you from seeing the same form twice.

04How to manage your preference

The first time you visit the site, we offer you a cookie banner with three options: accept all, reject all (keeps only essentials) or customize by category. Your choice is saved in an essential cookie (hoc_consent) for 12 months.

To change your preference later, open the banner from the link in the footer or clear the site cookies in your browser.

You can also manage cookies directly from your browser:

Keep in mind that if you reject essential cookies or block them at the browser level, parts of the site may stop working (language preference, remembering your cookie choice, forms).

05Legal basis and consent

Under Argentine Law 25.326 and equivalent regulations (European GDPR, Brazilian LGPD, Colombian Law 1581, Mexican LFPDPPP), the use of non-essential cookies requires informed, explicit and prior consent. That's why no analytics or marketing cookie loads until you expressly accept from the banner.

  • Essential cookies: basis — legitimate interest (without them the site doesn't work).
  • Analytics cookies: basis — explicit consent via banner.
  • Marketing cookies: basis — explicit consent via banner. If you don't accept, they don't load.

We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we interpret it as rejection of non-essential cookies and as an opt-out request for any sale or exchange of data (although, remember, we don't sell data).

06Changes and contact

If we update this policy (new analytics provider, new cookie category, etc.), we update the last-modified date above and, if the change is material, we show you the banner again to reconfirm your preference.
